[2026:RJ-JP:5200] (2 of 2) [CW-16525/2025]
3. Heard and considered.
4. Petitioner has also placed on record order dated 10.12.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17834/2019; Ramavtar Singh Kashniya vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), wherein after considering the
submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after examining the Rules, Co-ordinate Bench has given a categorical finding that the provision is absolutely clear, the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court did not find any ground to interfere in the writ petition and the writ petition was dismissed on merits by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court; however, only on request of
learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty was granted to move representation before Department to raise the grievances, which were to be considered sympathetically. Thereafter, the representation filed by the petitioner has been dismissed in the light of Rule 11(5) of Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008, which states that the option once exercised shall not be permitted to be changed.
5. Since, all these provisions have already been examined by this Court in earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner, which has been dismissed on merits, there is no scope for interference in the instant writ petition and the same, is hereby, dismissed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
