JUDGMENT: (per Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.) 1. The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition. “(1) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the minutes of Tender Evaluation Committee dated 18.03.2025(Annexure NO. 1) by means of which the technical bid of petitioner is declared as non-responsive. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's technical bid as responsive and compliant. (iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the tender notice dated 18.03.2025 for the work of vehicle parking at 1 2026:UHC:2320-DB Mallital Flat Ground (Annexure NO. 5)” 2. The relief claimed in the petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
