The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 82 of 2026, registered under sections 109, 351(2), 351(3), 352 of the BNS, 2023 and sections 25 (1-B) (a), 27, 27(1), 35 of the Arms Act, 1959, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there were enmity between the parties. He next submits that even the petitioner was not present on the spot inspite of that false allegation has been made of firing and threatening of throwing bomb. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that there are allegations against the petitioner and others of firing and threatening of throwing bomb. Further two live cartridges have been recovered and along with F.I.R, call recorded in the pen-drive has been submitted. ( 2026:JHHC:19859 ) 5. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
