The petitioner submitted representations dated 02.01.2025 and 04.02.2025 stating that the seventh respondent is running a flour mill opposite his house without obtaining the necessary licence from the competent authority. It is further alleged that the said flour mill releases significant amounts of fine flour and chilli dust into the atmosphere without any filtration mechanism and also causes sound pollution. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representations have not been considered so far. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the representations submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. 3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.5728 of 2026 5. The said submission is placed on record. 6. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 02.01.2025 and 04.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
