The petition is predicated on a compromise arrived at between the Petitioner and the Complainant. 2. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Complainant has already been deposed before the Trial Court and, therefore, seeks expeditious conclusion of the trial. He submits that, in these circumstances, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
