In this petition the petitioner has sought for direction to respondent No.1 to change the revenue records in respect of the subject land. 3. It is the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that respondent No.1 has not passed any order either rejecting or allowing the application made by the petitioner as per Annexure-G. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on careful - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26073 WP No. 15587 of 2026 consideration of the order dated 12.03.2026 passed by respondent No.1 at Annexure-G, it is made clear that respondent No.1 has taken a decision to continue the entries, as it is till consideration of the pending proceeding in Execution Petition No.30/2025. In that view of the matter, respondent No.1 has already concluded the matter in RRT dispute No.35/2025 and I am of the view that, the petitioner is having efficacious remedy under the provisions of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 to file appeal before competent authority.
