It is further submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated and has no role to play in the instant matter. Relying upon the provisions enshrined under Section 8 of the Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995, learned counsel submits that whoever contravenes or attempts to [2026:RJ-JP:12834] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-1863/2026] contravene or abets the contravention of the provisions enshrined under Section 3 (Prohibition of slaughter of bovine animal) of the Act shall, on conviction, be punished with a rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but may extend to ten years. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the applicant is sole bread earner of the family, aged about 37 years; that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the applicant; and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant subject to the condition that the accused- applicant joins investigation within a period of ten days. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Naugaon District Alwar in F.I.R.
