Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Kamrup Page No.# 3/3 (Metro), touching upon issues which are involved in the present Writ Petition. She further submits that there is a move for settling the matter amicably between the parties and accordingly, prays that she be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 2.
