1. The matter has been referred to a Larger Bench of three Judges by the Division Bench vide its order dated 17.11.2022.
2. In the changed circumstances, Mr. Aditya Vohra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would like to withdraw the present writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition before the Chhattisgarh High Court or to take other appropriate remedies available to him in accordance with law.
3. He, however prayed that till such time the petitioner avails appropriate remedy, the interim order passed by this Court be extended. This is a digitally signed order. 4. As the petitioner is seeking to withdraw the present writ petition to file the petition in the Chhattisgarh High Court, we deem it appropriate to consider such request, as the interim order has been continuing for the last five years.
5. With liberty as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Until 30.11.2026, the interim order dated 03.06.2021 passed by this Court shall continue.
6. The pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
