No. 115/2023 is pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Vizianagaram pending is illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Articles 14,19(1), 21, and 300- A of the Constitution of India in the interest of justice…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Rama Shankara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering in a civil property dispute between Petitioner and Respondent No.5 in Sy.No.95, Ac.0.93 cents, Chowduwada Village, Pusapatirega Mandal, Vizianagaram District, pending in O.S. No.115/2023 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the Petitioner’s grievance was already enquired into under the PGRS program, found to be civil in nature, and is pending in O.S.No.115/2023 before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram. He further submits that the Police only attended Dial-100 calls to pacify the situation and did not interfere in the civil dispute. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Police not to interfere henceforth in the 3 civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.5 without following due process of law. 6.
