To repair footpath in Adarsh Park in C. C. Colony Delhi-110 007. 2. For the regular maintenance of the park. 3. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent/ MCD, without adverting to the merits involved, submits that based on the petitioner’s representation dated 12.09.2026, the concerned MLA has already approved what is being sought by the petitioner herein, which, has since been sent to the requisite authority for subsequent approval(s).
