It is the grievance of the petitioner that the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in Case No.19/2025 arising out of Complaint No.325676 by the Additional Collector-cum-District-Grievance Redressal Officer, Chatra, is not been implemented. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be given so that the aforesaid order may be implemented. 4. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, I am not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as this is not a Court to execute the order passed by the Additional Collector-cum-District-Grievance Redressal Officer, Chatra in a complaint against the Public Distribution Agency. 5. The petitioner should approach the Deputy Commissioner, Chatra, with his grievance, which is expected to be looked into by the Deputy Commissioner. 6.
