Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 05.01.2026, passed in CWP No.41 of 2026, titled Hirda Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, respondents No.1 to 4 do not release the arrears of pension in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to :le an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
