Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned vice counsel representing the respondents has produced a copy of office order dated 02.03.2026, passed by the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla-171003 and copy of letter dated 09.07.2026, issued by Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC, Chamba, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 02.03.2026, reveals that the representation made by the petitioner has been considered and he has been held entitled for the service benefit/amounts as detailed in the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 order on account of services rendered by him as TMPA/Conductor in the respondent-Corporation. 3. Since respondent No.1 has now passed the order holding that the petitioner is entitled for the service benefits, the respondents-Corporation is directed to release the same strictly in terms of the office order dated 02.03.2026, within four weeks from today. 4. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 28.10.2025, passed in CWP No.16593 of 2025, titled, Shashi Kumar vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation & Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved by the office order dated 02.03.2026, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.
