In this application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to ensure that an impartial and independent investigation is conducted in connection with Mahuadanr P.S. Case No. 43/2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused persons have not been arrested and the investigation is also going on a different direction. Learned AC to AAG-V has submitted that a counter affidavit has been filed by him and from which it appears that a detailed investigation is being carried out by the Police, though charge sheet has not yet been submitted. This writ application, in view of the submission advanced by learned counsel for the respective parties, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to ensure Neutral Citation 2026:JHHC:7031 that a proper investigation is carried out in Mahuadanr P.S.
