Once the writ petition stands dismissed, the execution proceeding is bound to continue. Admittedly, the writ petition has not been restored, thus the pendency of a restoration application cannot be a ground to stay the execution proceeding when admittedly there is no order of stay by any Court. If any order of stay has to be passed, that should have been passed in the writ petition, but the writ petition as on date, stands dismissed. 3. Thus, the respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Sadar)-Cum House Rent Controller, Ranchi is directed to proceed with the execution case and conclude the same within a period of two weeks. 4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. 5. Consequently, pending I.A. No.5945 of 2026 is disposed of.
