With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself. 3. In the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for the grant of the following reliefs:- “(I) To issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to shift back the date of Trained Teacher's pay scale to the petitioners, from the date of passing B.Ed or from the date of appointment as Primary Teacher whichever is later in-stead of date of passing 6 months bridge course (11.06.2019). (II) To issue writ of mandamus for payment of arrear of difference of salary with statutory interest for delayed payment and all other consequential benefits, calculating service of Patna High Court CWJC No.7370 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 4/6 Petitioners as trained in light of passing B.Ed in place of date of passing 6 month bridge course III) To issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant same and similar relief as provided in case of one similarly appointed Primary Teacher for class 1-5, Mr. Satyendra Kumar Ojha, vide Memo no. 1790, dated 16.10.2024, (Annexure-P/1) in light of order passed in CWJC no. 9416/2019, relied upon LPA no. 1699 of 2013, affirmed by Hon'ble Apex Court vide S.L.P. (Civil) Diary no. 37663/2018. (IV) For further be pleased to issue writ in nature of Mandamus direction to the respondents No. 3 to make the payment or arrear of Salary Calculated on the basis of the trained pay Scale of the Petitioners. (V) To issue any other writ(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 4. After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief(s), the petitioners have already file a representation dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure-8 series), which is pending. He, therefore, submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioners within a fixed time- Patna High Court CWJC No.7370 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 5/6 frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5. To the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection. 6. Considering the limited nature of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of, directing the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioners dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure-8 series) within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 7. Needless to emphasize that the final order, which shall be passed by Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3), should be a reasoned and speaking order. It is further clarified that if the petitioners are found entitled to the reliefs, which the petitioners are claiming through the representation, the same should be extended to the petitioners within a further period of three months from the date of passing of the final order by Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3). 8.
