The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the financial condition of the petitioner is deplorable and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.2163 of 2026 Dated 18.03.2026 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Considering the above circumstances, the order dated 06.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1313 of 2025 in Crime No.166 of 2025 of Pendurthi Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge for trial of offences under ‘the NDPS Act’, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand Only) with one surety for like sum to the satisfaction of the learned VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Visakhapatnam. ii. The petitioner shall also furnish a Bank Guarantee for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only). 5. The residual conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court, in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the Petitioner. 6.
