In that view of the matter, this writ petition is allowed. The order passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal on 09.12.2021 is set aside. The respondents are directed reconsider the matter of the petitioner, in view of the circular dated 09.06.2025 with regard to disability element/pension within a pe- riod of two months from today.
