The Petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure-J) issued by the respondent no. 2, interalia, sought for a direction to the respondent no. 2 to place the application at Annexure-G filed by the petitioner before the Competent Authority for consideration. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26096 WP No. 1290 of 2026 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the petitioner, has filed an application in Form No.7A (Annexure-A) and thereafter, made another application with an extended period as per Annexure-G, and taking into consideration the Notification dated 28.04.2025, passed by the respondent-State, the impugned Endorsement at (Annexure-J) passed by the respondent no. 2 requires to be set aside and that the matter has to be relegated to the Competent Land Tribunal for considering the application made by the petitioner under the provisions of the Karnataka Religious and Charitable Inams Abolition Act, 1956. 4. Accordingly, I pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) The impugned Endorsement dated 26.03.2025, (Annexure-J) is accordingly set aside and the respondents are directed to place the application made by the petitioner (Annexure-G) before the Competent Land Tribunal for considering the same in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26096 WP No. 1290 of 2026 iii) The respondent No. 2 is directed to transmit the application (Annexure-G) filed by the petitioner to the Competent Land Tribunal within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for further action in the matter. iv) In view of the disposal of the main petition, pending application I.A.No.1/2026 does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
