The respondent no. 7 is directed to conduct the requisite medical test and if satisfied, to issue requisite ‘No Objection Certificate’ and forward the same to the respondent no. 5 by 20.04.2026. 7. The suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the appli8cation for transfer of the petitioner.
