Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation has placed on record copy of office letter dated 21.08.2026 and on that basis submits that all benefits admissible to the petitioner in terms of the judgment have now been released in his favour including the interest component thereof.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raises a grievance that the respondents have not paid any interest upon Leave Encashment in terms of the judgment and

further that on amount of Gratuity, petitioner has been paid interest @ 7.1% per annum, whereas, the interest admissible to him in terms of the decision is 9% per annum.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the shortfall, if any, in payment of interest due upon Gratuity and admissible interest on delayed payment of Leave Encashment shall also be paid to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, i.e. by or before
14.09.2026.
Taking note of above submissions and office letter dated 21.08.2026, this execution petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to clear the interest liability towards the petitioner by or before 14.09.2026. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
