Accordingly, we dispose of these petitions as having been rendered infructuous since the challenge as such was only regarding the letter dated 06.07.2026, wherein the letter of 2 2026:HHC:33452 award issued on 19.05.2026 to the petitioner was withdrawn with immediate effect on account of breach of the condition of timely formation of the required SPV. Resultant prayer had also been made to decide petitioners’ representations, dated 09.07.2026, which apparently have been rejected. If the petitioners have any further cause of action, it is open for them to file fresh petition(s). 3. Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of, so also pending applications, if any. (G. S.
