This petition seeks modification of the approval orders dated 25.09.2024 and 25.03.2025 (Exhibit-E Colly) by correcting the same and granting approvals to the petitioners’ appointments as Assistant Teachers in regular pay scale. Reliance is placed on various decisions of this Court on this issue passed in Writ Petition No.10127/2026, 3856/2025 by this Court and in Writ Petition No.7706/2022 by the Division Bench at Nagpur. 2. For the reasons stated in the said orders, the writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’ which reads as follows : “B.
