Cr.MP(M) No. 1335 of 2026 The present application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 30 days in fling the appeal. It has been asserted that the applicant was unable to obtain the documents and could not file the appeal. The present appeal has been filed through Legal Aid Counsel, which supports the plea that applicant was unable to engage the counsel and file the appeal, therefore, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal stands condoned. Application stands disposed of. Cr.A(C-SB)/ST No.5851 of 2026 The delay in filing the present appeal is ordered to be condoned as per the order passed in Cr.MP(M) No. 1335 of 2026. Appeal be registered. A Copy of the appeal be supplied to learned Additional Advocate General within three days and the matter be listed for consideration after two weeks.
