The respondent no.2 is present in Court today and is identified by IO/ASI Ravinder Kumar and she accepts notice. 4. Keeping in mind the nature of the dispute, I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by her that she has compromised all disputes with the petitioners. It is also submitted by her that for past about one year, she is living happily with the petitioners as a close family. Respondent no.2 submits that two daughters were born from her wedlock with the present petitioner no.1, and those daughters are also living happily with the family, so now she does not wish to continue prosecution of petitioners. 5. Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through a full dress trial. 6. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 531/2022 of PS North Rohini for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
