State of Chhattisgarh and others), whereby learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition filed by the writ petitioners (respondents No.6 and 7 herein) directing the respondents No.2 & 3 (Collector & CEO Zila Panchayat) to take appropriate steps pursuant to enquiry report dated 16.10.2024. 4. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to file review petition before learned Single Judge as he was not heard before the Single Bench. 5.
