There were defects in the writ petition. 2. As the defects were not removed Lawazima Board of Joint Registrar (Judicial) gave one week’s time to remove the defects on 08.03.2019. When the defects were not removed the same was placed before Lawazima Board of Registrar General on 18.02.2021 when again two weeks’ time was given to remove the defects. 3. Finally when the defects were not removed this case was listed before the Bench on 08.02.2022 when two weeks’ time was granted to remove the defects. Further, this Court on 28.03.2022 gave two weeks’ peremptory time to remove the defects. As the defects was not removed the writ petition was dismissed for default 11.04.2022. 4. On 14.09.2023 a CMP being CMP No. 1097 of 2023 was filed for restoration of this writ petition and finally on 09.01.2026 this writ petition was restored to its original file. 2026:JHHC:18522 2 5. After restoration of this writ petition on 09.01.2026, till date no step has been taken by the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the office and now we are in the month of June 2026. 6.
