However, the remaining portion of the land was not acquired, and the authorities, under the garb of earlier acquisition, are trying to dispossess him. He submits that the petitioner submitted an objection to the authorities on 05/10/2026, which has not yet been decided. 3) Be that as it may, since the objection is not decided, we direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the objection dated 05/10/2026 in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twelve weeks from production of this order. 4) The petition is accordingly disposed of.
