Ganjhu, APP …...... 03/06.07.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66B, 66C, 66D and 84(C) of IT Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 12.03.2026 in BA No. 1663 of 2026. The investigation of this case is complete. From the case diary, it transpires that the mobile no. 7061737969 seized from the petitioner was showing fraudulently as BLINKIT Customer Care in Google and calling from the said number, he siphoned a sum of Rs. 80,000/- from the bank account of the complainant. 5. Considering the specific statement, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 175 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional 2026:JHHC:19753 2 Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar stands rejected. 6.
