After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 01.06.2026 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. 3. Memo is taken on record, which reads as under: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25690 WP No. 31024 of 2024 "The petitioner humbly submit that the petitioner is not pressing the above writ petition. Since the observation made in the Writ Appeal Nos.1531 of 2024, 15050 of 2024, 1532 of 2024, 1611 of 2024 and 1660 of 2024 regarding to Survey No.33 & 34 Kenchanahalli Village. It is observed that the revenue Authority have no roll in the Sy.No.33 & 34 of Kenchanahalli Village. Further CJM observed that "GBA undertakes to initiate and pass appropriate action, in accordance with statutory provisions, against any unauthorized constructions existing on the schedule lands/sites, if khatha is issued by BBMP/GBA. We are of the view that the Revenue Authorities have lost their jurisdiction to take any action either implementing earlier order from 2014-2022 of by means of issuing of notice and passing orders under the provisions of the KLR Act. The petitioner humbly submit that the petitioner is not pressing the above writ petition". 4. In view of the memo, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
