Mr. Kishore Pundeer, Advocate, for respondent No.3. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): By way of instant petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.82 of 2023, dated 26.08.2023, under Sections, 451, 323, 147 and 148 of IPC, registered at Police Station, Bangana, District Una, Himachal Pradesh as well as consequential proceedings, if any, pending in the competent Court of law. 2. Pursuant to the notices issued in the instant proceedings, respondents have filed the replies. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:33298 3. Having perused the replies filed by the respondents, learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh, if required and desired. Ordered accordingly. 4. Having taken note of the fact that FIR in the instant case was lodged in the year, 2023, this Court hopes and trusts that learned Court below would make all out efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
