1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the present matter for kind perusal and consideration of this Hon'ble Court; and/or. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction quashing the order dated 06.09.2021 as issued by the Respondent No. 4 as improper, arbitrary and without any application of mind; and/or, 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 to issue fresh order for allotment of ready to eat centre in accordance with law and practice adopted for other similar set of groups; and/or. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order that this Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits by efflux of time, this writ petition has rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. Certified copy as per rules.
