The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.33480/2025 (LA-UDA), whereby the learned Single Judge had directed the accused to consider the complainant's representation dated 24.06.2024. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the accused has filed an affidavit of compliance stating that the complainant's representation had been considered and the complainant has since been informed that request for execution of the sale deed would be considered only after the necessary guidelines are framed by the State Government based on the report of the Single Member Enquiry Commission. 3.
