Civil Writ Petition No.592/2007 are not proceeding ahead with any proceedings qua the land under question being land situated between Hotel Lalit and EHCC [2026:RJ-JP:318] (2 of 2) [CCP-1051/2025] Hospital at Jagatpura road zone-4 admeasuring 40,000 sq. mts. and they would be maintaining status quo qua the same. 2. Considering the said submission made at bar, nothing further is required to be done in the matter and the contempt proceedings are accordingly closed. 3.
