JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 16/01/2026 1. The present petition has been filed assailing the order dated 20.07.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Neem Ka Thana, District Sikar, whereby an ad-interim order was passed against the defendants-petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners was questioned by this Court, as to why the order dated 20.07.2018 has been challenged after a lapse of seven years. In response to the said query, it is contended that the petitioners had no knowledge of the said order. Upon further query regarding the status of the temporary injunction application, learned counsel submits that the application for temporary injunction is still pending consideration before the learned trial Court. Considering the same, the learned trial Court is directed to decide the application for temporary injunction as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the service upon the defendants is complete, without being influenced by the order dated 20.07.2018. 4.
