ORDER:
The present contempt case is filed alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in conducting a survey by issuing notice to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 24.03.2026, which was served on the petitioner through email on 28.03.2026. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent has passed this order after receiving the notices in the contempt case only to evade compliance with the orders of this Court. The order dated 24.03.2026 has been passed contrary to the records available in the office of the 2nd respondent.
3. The order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1168 of 2025 entitles the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority, if so aggrieved by the order passed by the 2nd respondent.
4. On these considerations, this contempt case is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority against the impugned
order dated 24.03.2026. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
