The Petitioner is an oriental high school, and the District Educational Officer, Kadapa, vide Proceedings in Rc.No.561- D/A2/B1/2011, dated 24.01.2024 and Rc.No.561- D/A2/B1/2011, dated 26.07.2024, permitted the Petitioner/School to fill up the vacant aided posts. Thereafter, Petitioner/School had sought change in communal roster points for the vacant posts, i.e., Sanskrit Pandit Grade-II (from Roster Point No.2 (S.C) to Roster Point No.4 (BC-A)) and Physical Education Teacher (from Roster Point No.2 (S.C) to Open Category (O.C)). 4
