The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the interim order dated 28.01.2025 passed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26700-DB CCC No. 237 of 2026 by this court in Writ Petition No.29754/2024 (S-KSAT). By virtue of the said order, the complainant's dismissal order dated 15.03.2022 was stayed. 2. The complainant is aggrieved by an order evicting him from the residential premises as a consequence of dismissal from service. 3. Whilst the order calling upon the complainant to vacate the residential premises has been recalled, the complainant has not been permitted to rejoin the service. 4. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused submits that an application for variation of the order, the disobedience which is alleged, is pending. 5. In view of the above, we do not consider it apposite to initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 at this stage. 6.
