There has been a dispute between petitioner and respondent no.6 and proceedings have been initiated before respondent no.4. The petitioner made an allegation that the then respondent no.4 was relative of some of the directors of respondent no.6-Society and he was biased. Hence, the dispute was transferred to respondent no.5 (Deputy Registrar of Co- Operative Societies, Devanahalli). Subsequently, on the ground that the officer at respondent no.4 was transferred, the case has been transferred back to respondent no.4. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition has been filed. 2. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, petitioner sought transfer of the case from respondent no.4 because of one Sri.Krishnamurthy was serving as Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society, Ramanagara and he was biased in favour of respondent no.6- Society and if presently respondent no.4 is some other person, he has no objection for conducting the case before respondent no.4. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25506 WP No. 7317 of 2021 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.6 submits that the said Krishnamurthy was transferred and thereafter he has died. 4. Learned AGA upon instructions, submits that, the case of the petitioner and respondent no.6 has been re-transferred to respondent no.4, because, the said Krishnamurthy was transferred from the said post. 5. Under the said circumstances, I do not see any reason for setting aside the impugned order, wherein it has been ordered that the dispute between petitioner and respondent no.6 should be heard by respondent no.4 (Deputy Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Ramanagara), who has the jurisdiction to hear the same. 6.
