The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2757 of 2024 registered under sections 47(a) (b) (c) and 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A. No.2450 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 08.07.2025. She further submits that petitioner has nothing to do with recovered spirit from the premises of Closed Glass Factory, Pithoria at Badhu Chowk. She submits that on the fresh ground second anticipatory bail has been filed and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground and earlier on merit argument was made and thereafter anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn. He next submits that one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.2757 of 2024 by order dated 16.01.2025 insptie of that petitioner has withdrawn his earlier anticipatory bail application on 08.07.2025. He submits that there is no fresh ground and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be ( 2026:JHHC:19673 ) rejected. 5. It appears that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn. In course of argument no fresh ground has been argued before this Court to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. One of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.2757 of 2024 by order dated 16.01.2025 insptie of that petitioner has withdrawn his earlier anticipatory bail application on 08.07.2025.
