JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 23/01/2026 1. Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 10.07.2024 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14719/2023. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that compliance of the order has already been made and vide order dated 16.01.2026 passed by the Director (Non- [2026:RJ-JP:3318] (2 of 2) [CCP-998/2024] Gazetted) Medical and Health Services Rajasthan, Jaipur, the petitioner has been transferred from TSP area to Sub-District Hospital Kaman, Deeg, which is not a TSP area and pursuant to order dated 16.01.2026, the petitioner has also been relieved vide order dated 20.01.2026 for reporting at Kaman, Deeg. 3.
