Return the aforesaid seized goods to the Petitioner; And/or C. Waive off the warehouse charges; And D. Grant any other/further relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and appropriate in the present facts and circumstances of the matter, in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent.”
