Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a single lady and living with her minor child, aged about Two (02) years and Six (06) months and presently she is facing financial crunch and great hardship. It is submitted that presently she is residing at Village Telo, which is very far from Koderma and there is no proper bus service also and as such the Maintenance Case may be transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:19343 ) 2 Family Court, Koderma to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tenughat at Bokaro and the instant Transfer Petition may be allowed. 3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party- husband has raised objection and submitted that there is proper bus service between Koderma to Village Telo, i.e. where the petitioner-wife is residing and said Village-Telo is not very far from Koderma also and therefore, the prayer for transfer of the aforesaid case from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tenughat at Bokaro on the ground of distance is devoid of merit and hence, the instant Transfer Petition may be dismissed. 4. Having heard learned counsel for both sides, it appears that the petitioner-wife, who is a single lady living in village Telo with her minor child aged Two (02) years and Six (06) months, is facing great hardship and financial crunch and she is also facing difficulty to attend the Court at Koderma for which she has to travel the distance between village Telo and Koderma as there is no proper Bus service and as such, she has prayed for transfer of Original Suit No. 82 of 2025, filed by the Opposite Party- Husband, from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tenughat at Bokaro. Under the circumstances, in view of the hardship faced by the petitioner-wife, let the Original Suit No. 82 of 2025 filed by the Opposite Party- Husband from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma be transferred to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat at Bokaro. 6. Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma is directed to transmit the entire records of the Original Suit No. 82 of 2025 to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat at Bokaro within Five (05) weeks from today. 7. Thus, Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 97 of 2025 is allowed. 8. Let copy of this order be sent to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma and the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tenughat at Bokaro (Sanjay Prasad, J.) s.m.
