The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, assailing the Order dated 08.06.2026 (“Impugned Order”) passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, District South, Saket Court, New Delhi (“Family Court”) in Guardianship Petition No. 40/2024, titled “Sanjeet Kumar Jha v. Swati Jha”, whereby interim custody of the minor children was directed to be handed over to the respondent/father during the summer vacation. 2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that, notwithstanding the Impugned Order, custody of the minor children was never handed over to the respondent. Be that as it may, since the summer vacation has already come to an end, the relief granted under This is a digitally signed order.
