The parties are directed to appear before the appellate authority on 16/10/2026 at 11.00 a.m. 4) The stay granted by this Court vide order dated 12/10/2026 shall continue till decision on stay application. Liberty is also granted to prefer an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal, once the stay application is decided.
