Vide PUD dated 01.12.2025, Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) has sought further extension of time to dispose of MJC Csse No. 674/2025 newly registered as MCC 817/2025 (Smt. Prerna Ahire and another vs. Pankaj Dahire) after transferred from Family Court, Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.) which was directed to dispose of preferably within period of four months from the date of receipt of the record from the transferring Court vide order dated 18.06.2025 passed in TPC No.81/2025 ( Pankaj Dahire vs. Smt.
