It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the Register- II, the name of the Mouza has been wrongly entered as ‘Gapai’ in place of ‘Belatand’, in relation to the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No.31, Plot No.137, Area 56 Decimal, Thana No.199, situated in Circle & District-Giridih. 3. Since the petitioner is claiming that there is an error in record, immediately the petitioner should approach the Circle Officer, Giridih i.e., respondent No.4, who will consider the representation of the petitioner and will take an appropriate step, after a proper inquiry. 4. It is expected that the process should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
