The present restoration application has been filed on behalf of the applicant for restoration of S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.3036/2015, which has been dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 18.07.2025 in compliance of the peremptory order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 02.05.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant want to contest the appeal on merits, therefore, the application be allowed and the appeal be restored to its original number. 5.
