The 5th respondent is in occupation of the said property as a tenant. The petitioner states that the 5th respondent in his application for supplying service connection has stated Door No.1/29A instead of Door No.1/37 and a suit in O.S.No.149 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai, was instituted against the 5th respondent for eviction. 3. Admittedly the 5th respondent is in occupation of the said property as a tenant and therefore, he is entitled for service connection. However, it is made clear that providing of service connection will not come in the way of the petitioner seeking eviction of the 5th respondent from the said property in the pending suit.
